As a parent, it can feel worrisome and frightening when your child is struggling. Perhaps you have noticed that your child is sad or withdrawn, worrying, having trouble at school, or demonstrating troublesome behaviors, and it is hard to know where to turn for help.  You are not alone. We are here to support you through the process and work towards brighter days for your child and family.

At Bright Day Child Psychology, we bring an evidence based family-centered approach tailored specifically to your child's strengths and needs to address a variety of emotional and behavior concerns.  We treat individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, religious background, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability.  Our goal is to help your child feel comfortable and safe in therapy, and to teach your child new tools to apply to their life outside of session and beyond therapy.

Finding a therapist that your child and family feel comfortable with is an important process. We invite you to contact us for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.
